The term Praeternaturalogicity serves as an overly complicated word - threefold. First and foremost, let’s break it down: 

[PRAETER] meaning ‘past, beyond’. Providing windows of causation between events through what happens after-the-fact.

[PRETERNATURAL] is the grey zone of what we deem as being not quite natural. It is what Aquinas says as “what happens rarely, but nonetheless by the agency of created beings ... Marvels belong, properly speaking, to the realm of the preternatural.” 

Finally, [LOGICITY], The “logicities” suffix brings it into a semi-contradictory zone of logistics, systems, cybernetics, etc. 

 This “research journal” aims to be un-categorizable. Its goal, is to map the positivty (realness) within fiction. To visa oneself into the realm of the material, the meaty, and the entropic. To display the constantly destabilizing tension within territorialization. Developing orientation through ambiguity.

In allowing a hyper-specified title to set the stage for certain points of classification, it creates an intentional contradiction between its sellable categorization (of being an “arts journal”) and its goal of having little to no categorization at all. Acting in a ways where paraconsistent logic can be fleshed out through various lenses on a case by case basis.

A concept that hybridizes historic supernatural happenings and contemporary fictions to point to a sense of fantasy in the art world's abyssal sense of semiotic logistics.

This anthology-like  journal orbits (loosely) around themes in hauntology, technology, art-world-politics, and personal fictions. While, aesthetically, retaining a sense of (for lack of better terms) weirdness.
